Where and at which time is TomoFair being held?
TomoFair Amsterdam 2018 is being held at the WFC in Amsterdam on saturday 6th and sunday 7th of January. The address is: Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13, 1062 HH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
What are the costs for a entry ticket?
You can purchase a ticket online in the presale for € 4,99 on sunday, €5,99 on saturday and €7,99 for a weekend ticket which is valid on both days.
When available, there will also be ticket for sale at the box office. Prices are not known yet at this time. Check www.TomoTickets.nl to order tickets.
Children in a buggy, pram etc, persons in a wheelchair, scooter and all others who cannot move on their own or visit the event by themselves, may enter for free.
How do we get there?
We explicitly ask our visitors to come by train. There is a trainstation within 5 minutes walking distance. You will be closest if you stop at station Amsterdam – Lelylaan.
If you want to come by car, navigate to “Koningin Wilhelminaplein 13” in Amsterdam. Follow the signs “World Fashion Center” for the parking garage. Parking costs are €10,- per day if you buy your parking ticket at the Tomo box office. There are more then enough spaces available.
You can also drop visitors at the kiss-and-ride spot. There are also two disabled parking spots available.
What can I eat at TomoFair?
At TomoFair we have excellent food services. We have a cozy food court with live cooking. And of course drinks are available as well.
Can I bring a bag?
Bags are allowed. Only large suitcases and (large) overnight bags are not allowed.
Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, a unguarded cloackroom is available. Leaving your personal belongings is at your own risk.
I want to visit TomoFair as a journalist. How do I apply?
We will create a selection of press which are allowed to visit TomoFair. You can always apply by sending a e-mail to wilbert@tomocon.nl. You will receive a confirmation within 14 days after approval.
I’m younger than 13, can I go to TomoFair?
Of course, everyone is welcome! However if you are younger than 13, you must be accompanied by a adult and have permission from your parent or guardian.
Is there a ATM available at TomoFair?
Yes, we got that covered. You can withdraw money at the cash register. Some exhibitors will also have a ATM.
Can I bring a laptop or film equipment?
Yes you can, but of course at your own risk. Please make sure to always ask permission before filming anyone.
Can I bring a cosplay weapon to TomoFair?
The rules are as follows. Weapons are allowed if:
1) Fake and recognizable as fake.
2) Not dangerous/annoying to other visitors.

Can I visit TomoFair with a wheelchair?
Yes, that is possible. All area’s are accessible by wheelchair. Logistically speaking it’s easier for us as organization if you let us know you want to visit us with a wheelchair in advance. We kindly request you to send an e-mail to mark@tomocon.nl. This is not required and even if you don’t let us know you are still more then welcome at TomoFair!
